17A Elevator Pitch No. 2

I had fail to do the first Pitch No. 1 , at such I did not get any feedback. From all the video I did , I feel like I was able to improve it a lot. I still got nervous and tongue-tight  on occasion, but I felt like I was able to get  all the thing I wanted to said without repetition. I decide to prevent video being static will be for me to walk in a circle. I also emote a bit emotion through the free hand that was not hold by phone that was recording me. I feel like, if got someone to hold camera when doing this video would be much more liberating in term of ability to move and emote pitch. That if I were to do the pitch again, I  will get someone to hold the phone camera and record me, so can do it to more similar example of a pitch meeting that were done in a podium. Overall for a first pitch I think I did decent job, but there is large room for improvement. At such I am open for any advice and criticism about my pitch video.

18A – Create a Customer Avatar

        My customer avatar is an 18-year man who just start taking online class. He owns a gray color Toyota car, due to living in Broward county. Where most place are spread out and large amount of driving is required. He spends most time of indoor, but he does go out to do grocery or too hang out with his friend. He lives in the same house of his parent and currently is not rushed to move out. He is not looking to start family any time soon, since he seeking to focus most of his attention in getting a job. He is enjoying playing videogame and looking up stop in google, when he has free time. A sometime goes to cinema to watch a movie with his friend.

  He is an ideal customer due to fact that my focus in creating a phone app and computer program to help stimulate physical aspect of schedule from having to go to physical school. This is due to the fact a lot of online student can get careless with time being distracted by other thing such as electronic. Specially those who are just starting to begin doing online class. As they do have set physical obligation to constantly remind to focus on their classes  My app will help case like this, be able to better form in online school by turning those electronic into something that constantly remind and force them to work on their classes. This person is like me in that he stays indoor most time, take life slow which can lead to procrastination and whose distraction are controllable through apps. This customer is like my old self in that the main customer will me someone who taken class physical and is now changing to an online format. I of course now have been taken online classes for some year Common trait such a liking videogame and being indoor match my past and current self, but this potential customer is much more social than I am and is able to drive with his own car unlike me. This make app little bit less effective as they can run away from app lockdown by doing more physical or social activity with their friend. Still I believe their good chance this type customer, who make up majority of most type of university online student would find this app attractive. Even though it will more easily attract someone like me, who is more introvert.Still this similarity were not coincidence, as the app while being aim to have more general appeal. It was pick because it has appeal to me personal. At such customer who will be interest in this product is bound to have similar personality trait to myself.
